16. Who can apply for and purchase a Coat of Arms from this site?:

(You know who you are…) Does this mean that Modern Heraldry will check my credit rating and dental records? No, of course not, but if you are ENRON, WorldCom, Adelphia, Charles Manson or Osama Bin Laden look somewhere else for your heraldry needs. If we find out that you have be convicted of high crimes after you have been granted a Coat of Arms form this site, we will pull you from the site and remove your name from the American Roll of Independent Arms...
